Background & Coaching Style
After finishing school, I was naturally small-framed and found it incredibly hard to put on weight. Building muscle didn’t come easily — it took years of trial and error, refining my training, learning what worked for my body, and staying consistent even when progress was slow.
That experience shaped everything about how I coach today: structure, clear progression, and attention to detail — without wasting time in the gym.

Do I need a gym membership?
A gym helps, but it’s not essential. I can program for home setups (dumbbells, bands, bodyweight) or a mix of both.
What if my schedule changes week to week?
That’s normal. We’ll set a base structure and adjust when needed so training fits your life, not the other way around.
How do check-ins work?
You complete a short weekly form. I review your training, adjust the plan if needed, and send feedback and next steps.
Do you provide nutrition plans?
No. I stay within my scope of practice. I provide training, technique, programming and general routine support.
